Labradorite Tendrils

I ventured into my sacred bush escape to create this beautiful blue labradorite pendant. Perhaps the swirly tendrils are were inspired by the koru swirls of the young fern fronds unfurling around me.

Have a look at photo 3. Just before the light fully captured the face, one segment looks almost transparent. So magical! The merest change in angle, and the entire face is then awash with a stunning blue flash.
Approximately 46mm long.

It’s recommended to wear this beauty on one of your favourite sterling silver chains.  If it’s a gift, and you’d like a plated display chain for presentation, please drop a message to Kathryn, and she’ll include one for free. Alternatively, sterling silver chains can be purchased separately.

*Please remember, labradorite can appear different in various lighting conditions.  It can appear grey, black or semi-transparent, and almost have a fractured appearance due to its structure, until the colourful Schiller effect flashes across the face of the stone when it captures the light at a particular angle.
