The personal information you provide, such as your name, address and contact details, is used for the purpose of delivering your purchases to you. That information is shared with the relevant delivery service providers when written on the outside of your parcel, and the details also entered onto a consignment note, including the description and price, for deliveries outside of New Zealand.
Personal information is retained on Kathryn Jane Design’s closed system and is only disclosed if required by law, in response to a legal process or government request; to prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or to protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.
We will email you information about your order and respond to your requests, including any compliments, refunds or complaints.
If you choose to receive them, we will send you emails showing the latest creations. You can opt out of receiving the latest creation updates at any time.
We accept payments through Paymate and Paypal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to them, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. Please see the Paymate Privacy Policy and Paypal Privacy Policy for more details. Kathryn Jane Design does not receive or hold your credit card details.

As previously mentioned, your personal information will be shared with relevant delivery organisations in order for your order to be delivered.

We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we will store order information for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.
What rights you have over your data
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
