Photographs

I take great care to provide accurate photographic representations of my pendants. Natural gemstones can look different under varying lighting conditions, such as artificial or natural light indoors, outdoor shade or bright sunlight. Your screen and device settings may also affect how colours appear.

This is particularly true of labradorite. Depending on the viewing angle, it may appear grey, black or semi-transparent. As the angle changes, vibrant colours, known as labradorescence, may flash across the face of the stone.

Labradorite may also display natural internal lines and markings that give it an almost fractured appearance. Some remain within the stone, while others may extend to the polished surface. I take care to photograph pendants from angles that help make these features visible.

Choosing Your Pendant 

Please choose carefully, taking time to read each product description and consider the photographs before making your purchase. 

I do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges simply because you have changed your mind, selected the wrong item or experienced buyer’s remorse. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or otherwise fails to meet the guarantees required by law.

Damaged or Faulty Items

I take great care when creating and packaging your pendant, and want it to arrive safely, ready to be treasured for years to come.

If your pendant arrives damaged or you believe there is a fault, please contact me by email as soon as possible, ideally within three days of receiving it, or as soon as you become aware there’s an issue. The suggested timeframe helps me address concerns promptly, but does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law. If possible, please include photographs, as these will help me understand what has happened.

I will meet my obligations under New Zealand consumer law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies. Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate remedy may include a repair, replacement or refund. Please refer to my Refund and Returns Policy for further information about the returns process.

Pricing and Currency

All prices on my website are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD), unless otherwise stated. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion rates or fees when processing your payment.

International Orders

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.

I recommend checking with your country’s customs office to find out whether any additional charges may apply before placing your order.
