I hope you love wearing your beautiful new, unique pendant as much as I have loved creating it for you.
If, however, you encounter a problem, i.e. damage, please contact me promptly, by email, within 3 days of receiving it.
Kathryn Jane Design only refunds or replaces items if they are defective or damaged.
All returns MUST be pre-authorized, otherwise refund will be refused.
The refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, a refund or exchange cannot be offered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
I will gladly refund the purchase amount. This doesn’t include shipping fees.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance costs. Jewellery must be returned using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. (International courier required for international shipping.)
Please be aware, a change of heart, failure to read description properly, or ‘buyers’ remorse’, are not grounds for refunds.
Refunds are only provided to customers who have purchased directly from Kathryn Jane Design (KJD). If there is a problem with items purchased at other locations, please return to the store you initially purchased from.
To complete your return, a proof of purchase is required. (Emailed proof of purchase from KJD will suffice.)
